All Facials, Treatments, Chemical Peels and Advanced Exfoliation begin with a comprehensive consultation and skin analysis before the start of your service. Any and all questions will be answered by your aesthetician at this time. After your service is complete, an application of the appropriate professional products and at home product recommendations are made to continue to keep your skin looking radiant.

Facials

All facials include a chemical or physical exfoliation, extractions, massage, and treatment masque performed in a tranquil atmosphere, creating a feeling of rest and relaxation while rejuvenating the skin and soul.

* Rochlin Cosmetic Signature Facial- The signature facial is a customized treatment ideal for the client that desires to have the skin looking and feeling healthier and is designed to give all skin types that special, pampered treatment they deserve.

* Purifying Facial-This deep pore cleansing is designed for the treatment of inflamed, problematic and or acneic conditions. This treatment includes a detoxifying masque and soothing corrective and protective products to reduce inflammation and smooth the skin. This is an ideal post peel follow up treatment!

* Detoxifying Back Facial- A facial specifically designed to target skin conditions on the upper and lower back including congestion, breakouts, post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and uneven skin tone. This facial will leave you with a feeling of peace and renewal.

* Express Facial- A petite version of our signature facial for the client who desires a visibly glowing appearance, but is on the go. This treatment also creates a luminous canvas pre or post injection.

Corrective Treatments

* Clarifying Skin Treatment- Exfoliating, antibacterial and anti inflammatory properties make this an ideal choice for helping to improve breakout prone skin, acne and rosacea.

* Oxygenating Treatment- This treatment helps stimulate oxygenation and circulation within the skin while correcting and preventing free radical damage, resulting in a radiant, healthy look.

* Skin Brightening Treatment-The Skin Brightening Treatment is designed to minimize the appearance of surface lines, smooth out rough skin texture, aid in clearing acne and help fade hyperpigmentation. The skin will have a glow post treatment Best in a series of 6 or in conjunction with other treatments or procedures. *Discontinue retinol use 5 days prior to treatment.

* Retinol Renewal- This is an excellent, age defying treatment for firming, smoothing and brightening of all skin types including rosacea and acne. This treatment improves the texture of the skin and corrects many types of skin discoloration while promoting collagen synthesis and strengthening the skin.

Chemical Peels

PCA Skin peels result in little or no down time but create dramatic and visible results. Treatments may cause slight redness, tightness, peeling, flaking or temporary dryness. Please delay use of trentinoin, Retin-A, Renova, Differin, Tazorac, Avage, EpiDuo, Tri Luma, Ziana and high percentage AHA and BHA products for approximately 5 days prior to treatment.

* PCA Peel- A choice of 3 different peel solutions to help soften the depth of surface lines around the eyes and nasolabial folds, help clear acne, smooth skin texture and even skin tone. These blends combine AHA’s with kojic acid with a modified Jessener’s solution to address hyperpigmentation from sun damage, inflammation and hormonal changes.

* Sensi Peel- Formulated for all skin types making it an exceptional choice for ethnic skin or extremely sensitive skin types. This TCA and lactic acid solution offers skin smoothing, melanogenesis inhibition, strengthening and hydration to many who would not be candidates for chemical exfoliation.

* Ultra Peel- This peel is a blend of TCA and lactic acid with the addition of phytohormones for plumping and hydration. It is an exceptional choice for darker skin types and mature skin. Kojic and Azelaic acids act as antibacterial agents as well as melanogenesis inhibitors. Ascorbic acid is present for skin strengthening and brightening.

* Pumpkin Peel-This peel exfoliates and draws impurities out of the skin while introducing vitamins, enzymes and nutrients into the skin. This treatment also smoothes the skn as the naturally occurring salicylic acid and enzymes in pumpkin remove the dead cells that cause rough texture. The skin will have a healthy glow following treatment.

* Smoothing Body Peel- This treatment is formulated with potent yet skin friendly ingredients that will even discoloration while smoothing and brightening the skin. It is an excellent choice for treating rough, dehydrated, sun damaged skin on the hands, décolleté, back and feet.

Advanced Exfoliation

Corrective, condition specific treatments when a more dramatic result is desired.

* Rochlin Cosmetic Signature Peel- This medical grade peel is desirable for clients that desire a deeper more active treatment and have more dramatic wrinkling, sun damage and acne scarring. This treatment is ideal for aging skin in need of rejuvenation and will also effectively treat aging skin, acne, pigment disorders, smoker’s skin, and photo-damaged skin. *Discontinue retinol use 5 days prior to treatment. (Includes 2 week post peel kit)

* Dermaplaning- A non-invasive skin resurfacing procedure that uses a special surgical blade to gently scrape away the top layer of dead epidermal cells. Dermaplaning also removes vellus hair (peach fuzz) making it a great hair removal technique. It is an excellent alternative to Microdermabrasion which is not recommended for clients who have visible broken capillaries.

* Microdermabrasion-This treatment is designed to polish the skin, improve the appearance of pores, sun damage, fine lines and acne scarring. It is a no downtime procedure that will leave the skin looking radiant and feeling smooth. This treatment can also be used in conjunction with peels or as a preparation for IPL.

* Rochlin’s Rockin Power Peel- Two powerful exfoliants combine to provide the ultimate in rejuvenation! The skin is first exfoliated (utilizing microdermabrasion) by removing a superficial layer of skin. Then the appropriate peeling solution is applied and is able to penetrate deep into the dermis, working at the cellular level, to effectively achieve the desired results. All skin types can benefit from this double dose of skin resurfacing. *Discontinue retinol use 5 days prior to treatment.

* Pigment Balancing Masque- A customized treatment targeting hyper-pigmentation to dramatically improve the uneven appearance of photo damaged, molted skin after 4 to 6 treatments. The masque combines high performance brightening and anti-inflammatory agents with a peeling acid solution to accelerate cell renewal and diminish, diffuse, and localize hyper pigmentation. *Discontinue retinol use 5 days prior to treatment.

* MicroPeel- A procedure using dermaplaning and a light AHA to exfoliate the dead outer layer of skin, remove vellus hair (peach fuzz) and to improve overall skin appearance with no downtime. Can be repeated every 4 weeks for maximum results.*Discontinue retinol use 5 days prior to treatment.

* MicroPeel Plus-A Salicylic acid peel indicated to smooth fine lines and help even skin discoloration while reducing the appearance of acne scars and environmental damage to the skin. *Discontinue retinol use 5 days prior to treatment.

Botox® Cosmetic is one of the most requested cosmetic treatments worldwide.Facial wrinkles have several causes including sun exposure, loss of skin elastic properties, skin thinning, and excessive muscle activity. Some of the facial wrinkles we have are the result of skin pleating from the activity of muscles below the skin. Too much activity from these muscles can be bothersome because they can be misinterpreted as representing anger, anxiety, fear, fatigue, sadness and aging. Wrinkles that are directly related to muscle activity are those on the forehead and on either side of the eyes, often called crow’s feet. As we age the amount of fat we have underneath the skin decreases, the skin gets thinner and wrinkles become more prominent. This process becomes noticeable in our late twenties to early thirties.

What to Expect During Your Botox® Treatment
Botox® treatment consists of a number of tiny injections made with a very fine needle directly into the muscle. Dr Roclin first identifies the proper points of injection. Next, the proper dose will be determined. Different patients may require a larger or smaller dose of Botox®. Dr Rochlin applies a numbing cream if patients request it so that the botox treatment can be can be a comfortable and enjoyable experience

After Your Botox® Cosmetic Treatment
Effects of the Botox® injections usually begin to appear within 3-5 days. The results generally last around three to six months, after which time, the injections must be repeated. There is some current evidence suggesting that repeated Botox® injections may ultimately lead to longer lasting results.

Swelling or bruising may occur at Botox® injection sites. Elevate your head 30-to-45 degrees for the first day to help decrease swelling if it occurs. Ice may be applied off an on the first 24 hours to decrease bruising and swelling. You may apply makeup one hour after the injections if desired.

What is Botulinum Toxin?
Botulinum toxin is a purified protein that blocks the release of acetylcholine – the chemical that causes muscle contraction. It was first researched in the 1960’s and received FDA approval in 1989 to treat certain medical conditions such as blepharospasm. In 2002 Botox® became FDA approved for cosmetic use and since then it has been used safely on millions of patients.

Botox® Side Effects
The most serious side effect that has been observed is either drooping of the eyelid or double vision, caused by weakening of the muscles that are very close to the eyelid. The complication is self-limited and wears off – usually within a few weeks. To avoid this, injections are kept away from the eyelid itself. Bruising can also occur at the injection site, but this clears rapidly and is usually gone within a day or so, and is easily covered with makeup. No systemic side effects have been noted in the doses used for the cosmetic treatment of wrinkles.

Juvederm® and Juvederm® Ultra Plus
Juvederm® injectable gel is a very popular dermal filler. It is used for contouring and restoring volume to skin depressions and wrinkles. Juvederm® is composed of hyaluronic acid, a natural component of your connective tissue.

Common areas treated with Juvederm® include:

• Nasolabial folds, i.e. “smile lines”
• Marionette lines
• Forehead wrinkles
• Sunken cheeks
• Nasal Furrows
• Thin or flat lips

Juvederm® Treatment: What to Expect
The skin is cleansed by Dr Rochliln who will then identify the ideal injection site. A topical anesthetic or nerve block can be administered to manage discomfort. Using a special technique, Juvederm® is injected below the dermis, where it combines with the naturally occurring hyaluronic acid in your skin. A brief hand massage ensures proper placement of the filer.

You may be advised to avoid exercise, sun exposure or alcohol for 24 hours after your Juvederm® treatment.

How Long Does Juvederm® Last?
Juvederm® has received FDA approval for a persistence of 1 year. This does not necessarily mean that the results last an entire year; it means there is still material present at one year. You will typically need a touch up treatment with Juvederm® after 6 months.

Several formulas of Juvederm® are available with different concentrations of hyaluronic acid. Juvederm® Ultra Plus is a denser product than Juvederm® Ultra because it is designed for deeper wrinkles and creases. The latest formula, Juvederm® Ultra XC, is made with anesthetic to enhance the comfort of your injections.

Advantages of Juvederm® Injectable Gel
Hyaluronic acid fillers like Juvederm® and Restylane work wonderfully in the lips and in deep creases on the face. One of their main advantages is that they do not pose an allergy risk for patients. No pre-treatment skin test is needed.

What is hyaluronic acid?
Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of your tissue. It plays an important role in the appearance of your skin. By delivering nutrients, hydrating and cushioning, it helps to maintain skin structure and volume. As a filling agent, hyaluronic acid has been used since the mid 90s. Today it is among the top choices for cosmetic surgeons. You can find it in several of the latest fillers including Juvederm®, Restylane and Prevelle.

Radiesse
Radiesse is a bio-compatible wrinkle filler made of calcium hydroxyapatite. This wrinkle filler provides a long-lasting correction of deep nasolabial lines and folds. Other possible Radiesse treatment applications include:

• Marionette lines
• Flat or sunken cheeks (cheek augmentation)
• Nasal contouring/non-surgical rhinoplasty
• Facial contouring of the jaw line or chin

How Radiesse Treatment Works
Radiesse is made of small calcium microsphere suspended in a water-based gel. This substance is injected under the skin with a fine needle, often using topical anesthetic or a nerve block to manage discomfort. After injection, the body tends to form collagen around the injected product to provide a longer lasting result. For many people, the results of Radiesse last as long as one year.
Radiesse is an excellent treatment for long-term correction of nasolabial folds. Depending on their severity, more than one syringe may be needed. Radiesse is not suitable for injections in the lips because it is too firm and therefore would not product a natural result.
